My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay at Sultans Royal Hotel. The lovely staff, especially Mahmoud and Rashid, made sure we had everything we needed, including a spacious and quiet room. The breakfast was impressive, featuring a variety of healthy options and fresh fruits. Plus, the location couldn't be better, being very close to all the major attractions, allowing us to explore without needing public transport.

No negatives.

The hotel was an absolute letdown! The television didn’t work properly, which was a travesty. no complimentary upgrade was offered, despite my obvious superiority as a guest. I almost wrote a glowing review, but honestly, how does one expect prestige service in such a basic establishment?

Just had a fantastic stay! Room was comfy and clean. The breakfast spread was amazing with tons of fresh options. Location was perfect for walking to all the sights. Only downside was some street noise at night, but it didn't ruin our time at all!

We had such an enjoyable stay! The hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a short stroll from wonderful local spots like the Blue Mosque and delicious eateries. The staff were amazing, especially when they surprised us with breakfast in our room on our last day!

In my wife’s opinion, a kid's play area would be great.

Recommend it for families with small kids

Everything was well organized! ! The staff treated us like family and helped with our luggage without us even asking. Plus, the breakfast spread had something for everyone, even the picky eaters in my family!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, it was worth every penny.
